Who is it for?
For people with loose skin, a 'turkey neck' or vertical bands under the chin. If the jowls have also dropped, it is usually combined with a facelift.
How is it done?
Through small incisions under the chin and behind the ears the surgeon tightens the neck muscle, removes excess fat if needed and redrapes the skin.
